Day 1: Orientation

Days 2: Observation Phase
Shadowing colleagues in similar roles
Observing teaching methodologies or administrative processes
Taking structured notes using prepared observation frameworks
Daily debriefing with host mentor
Documentation through photos, videos (with appropriate permissions)

Days 3: Participation Phase
Visit to an adult education and training centre
Observation of lifelong learning methodologies and recognition of prior learning (RVCC)
Discussion: Comparing European approaches to adult education
Hands-on session: Designing inclusive learning experiences for adults

Cultural Experience:
Free afternoon in Setúbal: Explore the city's vibrant atmosphere

Days 4: Reflection and Exchange
Presenting own institution's practices to host colleagues
Facilitating a professional exchange workshop
Identifying transferable practices
Collaborative planning for future cooperation
Collecting feedback from host institution

Day 5: Evaluation and Closure
Final evaluation meeting with host coordinator
Completion of documentation
Discussion of follow-up activities and future collaboration
Farewell event
Confirmation of completed activities for Mobility Agreement

Certification
▪ All participants will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the course. Additionally, an Europass Mobility Certificate can be issued upon request.
▪ Our courses are developed and delivered in full compliance with the Quality Standards for courses under Key Action 1.
▪ We also provide support to participants in completing Learning Agreements and any other necessary documentation required by their organization.

Fee Information
The fee per participant for the job-shadowing activity is as follows:
3 days of job shadowing: €70 daily rate per participant
4 days of job shadowing: €65 daily rate per participant
5 days of job shadowing: €60 daily rate per participant

The amount includes preparation for the course, training, training materials and organizational costs, coffee breaks and a guided tour.
